Colours (text & form):	Black on orange.
Size of form overall:	220 × 180 mm.

Distinctive characteristics of this form:

Same format as for Colonial forms with NSW P&T curvy heading below ISSUED FORM;
has URGENT TELEGRAM above message boxes;
portrait format.

Urgent rate telegrams were introduced in New South Wales in 1902 - after Federation. For this reason, all NSW Urgent forms are included in the Interim period. The forms had special coloured delivery forms.
